Hey,
I am Ben Neveux and my photographic journey began in high school with a 1970s Minolta 35mm SLR camera, shooting black-and-white film and developing my own photographs in the media center darkroom. Those early experiences taught me patience, intentionality, and respect for the craft—principles that still guide my work.
Although largely self-taught, I later earned a Professional Certificate in Digital Photography from Cornell University, refining my approach while staying grounded in traditional photographic values.
My photography is shaped by years of travel and observation. I work slowly, often revisiting locations and waiting for the natural elements—light, weather, and timing—to align. Whether photographing a vast landscape or a fleeting street moment, I aim to create images that feel honest, grounded, and enduring.
This site is a curated visual journal of those explorations. Select works are available as fine art prints, cards and other quality products at FineArtAmerica.com
